To report an issue, contact us at support@vaxorri.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear evidence (photos/videos).
If the issue is confirmed:
